Founded in 1989, as Commission Knitter, Oratex operates in the knitting, dyeing and finishing industry for the North American garment manufacturing sector.
Over the past three decades, Oratex has earned a reputation of choice and proven to be both flexible to changing times and consistent in quality and service to its customers.
Oratex has grown into a high-end knit fabric supplier. Our fabrics are sold worldwide and are always at the forefront of quality standards.
All our fabrics are produced in our own facilities, located in Quebec, Canada. Over 50% of the energy we use to produce our fabrics comes from Hydro Electricity, producing very little green house gasses.
